- Quatifiable and Verifiable Reductions in Energy Usage
Definition of EE Project means measures that reduce the amount of electricity or natural gas required to achieve a given end use, consistent with Section 1-10 of the Illinois Agency Act.

- High Efficiency Furnace or Central-Air Units
- Programmable Thermostats
- High Efficiency applicances

- Efficient Compressors
- Energy Management Systems
- Energy Efficient HVAC equipment with variable speed drives, motors and sensors
- Efficient boilers and refrigeration equipment
- Chilled water pumping systems
- Occupancy sensrs to control lights and room temperatures
- Energy Efficient LED fixtures and exit signs
